Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

While I don't offer standard DBT in my private practice (since it requires a treatment team and group therapy), DBT heavily influences my therapeutic approach, and I love working with folks who have completed a formal DBT program once they have built up their skills are ready to safely "step down" to a less intensive format (something along the lines of a weekly individual exploratory therapy).

Medication Management

As a board certified and Harvard trained psychiatrist, I have the education and expertise to diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric issues. I integrate my knowledge of psychopharmacology with my psychotherapeutic skill and intuition to individually tailor treatment to each patient's needs, preferences, sensitivities, and lifestyle.
