I empower clients to utilize practical skills to cope and manage anxiety, depression, grief & relationship conflict. I provide a therapeutic space to facilitate open & honest dialogue. Using evidence based & experiential practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing & Attachment theory. Let's identify support needs & create goals.
