My Ideal Client

I am here to assist with many of life's ups and downs, and you are a great fit if any of the following apply to you: You are stuck in self-defeating patterns and are looking to find more meaning and support in your life. You struggle with the modern world's expectation of perfection, both on and offline, and are looking for both a compassionate ear and support in navigating dopamine-driven online environments that are expertly designed to make you feel less than.

My Background and Approach

My framework includes acknowledging both internal and external impacts on the individual, with specific interests including trauma / PTSD, behavioral addictions, somatics, and the influence of social media/internet use on identity. My approach is collaborative, body and emotion-oriented, and experiential, aimed at helping you come back to center and move toward the life you truly want. We will embark on this journey together, ultimately in service of helping you show up as your truest self both in and out of the counseling room. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Pitzer College. Currently, I am a graduate student in the Professional Mental Health Counseling Program Specializing in Addictions at Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe that being a person is complicated—we encounter both hurting and healing in relationship with others. While the complexities of being a human are a given, I believe in the power of authentic and trusting human connection as a catalyst for change and healing.
