My Background and Approach

As a compassionate and collaborative therapist, I believe that healing happens through connection, and I am here to witness your process with authenticity and humility. I approach therapy from a person-centered lens, recognizing that each individual who walks into my office is the true expert on their own life. One of the bravest things a person can do is ask for help, and I am honored to be a part of your journey toward healing and self-discovery. I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College, where I also completed my practicum in an outpatient setting at their community counseling center. I gained valuable experience during my internship at Kaiser Outpatient Addiction Medicine, where I focused on addiction recovery and mental health support. Prior to this, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Studies from George Fox University.
