Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Anxiety External link

Anxiety can present itself in many different ways. For some it can look like an internal spiral of fear, worry, intrusive thoughts, etc. For some it can come out externally like a panic attack. It can also be a combination of the internal and external symptoms. Overall, living with anxiety is not easy. Let’s look at patterns and triggers together and collaborate on coping skills to manage how anxiety plays a role in your every day life.

  • Eating Disorder External link

Together, we can begin to look at the relationship you have to food, eating, exercise, and your body and shift to a mentality that emphasizes empowerment. I utilize a Health At Every Size (H.A.E.S®) perspective which means that I value body diversity and do not promote intentional weight-loss.

  • Historical Trauma External link

Healing looks different for everyone. If we work together, I can help you process in a way that is healing and meaningful for you. I utilize a trauma-informed approach, and have specific experience providing therapy to survivors of intimate partner violence.
