My Ideal Client

I work with people navigating life transitions, parenting challenging and relationship struggles, helping them implement health boundaries, find relief from anxiety, depression, grief and trauma, and create a more meaningful life.

My Approach to Helping

As a compassionate and collaborative mental health therapist, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where trust can flourish. I specialize in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges, whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or significant life transitions. Together, we will explore your unique strengths, challenges, and goals, working to develop practical coping skills that empower you to feel more in control of your life. My goal is to support your journey toward healing, resilience, and a future filled with confidence and meaningful growth. Drawing from evidence-based interventions, including strength-based approaches, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices, I help create a personalized map to help you facilitate meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I deeply value compassion, authenticity, cultural humility, and collaboration. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to heal and grow. I approach therapy with a systems perspective, recognizing the influence of family dynamics, societal structures, and systems of oppression on our lives and well-being. I also emphasize acknowledging power imbalances, being aware of societal and systemic inequalities, and working toward equitable relationships and practices
