My Ideal Client

Feeling stuck in familiar patterns — even though you know yourself well? You may be caught in loops of overthinking, anxiety or depression, relational tension, or a quiet sense that something essential is just out of reach. Despite your capability and insight, you may feel disconnected from your aliveness — unsure how to access the deeper freedom you know is possible. You’re ready to release old narratives, gain clarity, and reconnect with a more grounded sense of self.

My Background and Approach

My work supports deep, lasting transformation through presence, attunement, and integrative healing. I help clients explore long-standing emotional patterns, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and inner disconnection using depth-oriented, experiential approaches. I believe your inner world holds its own wisdom — our work is about listening deeply to what it’s trying to tell us — and following its lead toward healing and growth.

My Approach to Helping

I'm trained in multiple modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Transpersonal Therapy, and deep parts work aligned with Internal Family Systems (IFS). Transpersonal Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Psychodynamic Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, and parts work aligned with Internal Family Systems (IFS). I bring these together in a personalized, integrative approach. I offer a free 30-minute consultation to explore whether we're a good fit.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Anxiety External link

Anxiety is often more than racing thoughts or nervous energy — it can be the voice of deeper parts of us that haven’t been fully heard. My work invites a gentle exploration of the roots beneath the restlessness: early patterns, internal pressures, relational dynamics. Together we listen for the meaning inside the symptoms, and work toward cultivating presence, safety, and inner coherence.

  • PTSD External link

PTSD symptoms often emerge from experiences that overwhelmed your nervous system’s ability to cope — and healing happens not just through talking, but through attunement, safety, and integration. I work gently and respectfully with clients who carry the imprint of trauma, helping them develop internal stability, restore trust in their experience, and move toward a deeper sense of coherence and wholeness.

  • Relationship / Marriage Issues External link

Patterns in relationships often mirror deeper unconscious dynamics. I help clients explore these patterns not just cognitively, but somatically and emotionally — supporting more clarity, boundaries, and intimacy in how you show up with others and with yourself.

  • Personal Growth External link

You don’t need to be in crisis to want change. I work well with reflective, growth-oriented adults who are ready to deepen their understanding of themselves and move through long-standing patterns toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.

  • Spirituality External link

You may find yourself asking deeper questions about meaning, purpose, and your place in the world — questions that aren’t resolved through ordinary talk therapy. Together, we explore how anxiety, stuck patterns, or relational tension can become doorways into a deeper sense of connection and aliveness. Drawing from years of personal practice and immersion in contemplative traditions, I support clients in exploring the spiritual dimensions of healing — grounded in presence, curiosity, and care.
