My Ideal Client

Do relationships feel more challenging than they should? Do you feel stuck, isolated, and searching for meaning? It's normal to use patterned behaviors to self-soothe, and these can be effective—but they can also interfere with your life. Trauma is complex, and personal, and can lead to feeling out of control, dysregulated, and challenged in relationships. Healing and growth is possible. Our therapeutic alliance is the most important determinant of success for you.

My Approach to Helping

I specialize in Trauma, Addiction, & Attachment therapy, using SOMATIC, ACT, IFS, and DBT, combined with talk therapy. Our therapeutic alliance is the most important determinant of success for you. As a practitioner, the most important thing I can bring to a therapeutic relationship is authenticity. I blend empathy, trust, and unconditional positive regard into a supportive environment where exploration and growth are encouraged. Using person-centered, and integrated methods in our initial sessions, we will delve into your reasons for seeking therapy and examine how your thoughts influence your emotions, aiming to transform those thoughts to improve your emotional well-being. I believe an individualized approach to therapy is essential to help you succeed. I have worked in a variety of settings with the bulk of my experience assisting individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, and addiction.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My passion for counseling is informed, in-part by a personal journey of pain, struggle, and walking that line between life and hopelessness. This is a line I feel honored to walk with clients. Providing therapy services for individuals, couples and families is my passion. Therapy has the ability to open untapped spaces and possibilities in your life, and help you achieve freedom and potential. Every human deserves joy, happiness, and a place where they can tell the unfiltered truth to another human being, and be heard, respected, loved unconditionally, and understood. Let's help you access your best self! I graduated from Bushnell University in 2022 with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently I am a professional counselor associate as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC III), and Master Addictions Counselor (MAC). I have worked in the residential treatment of substance use disorders since 2016 and continue to serve this population.
