My Ideal Client

I work with queer and trans folks, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating schizophrenia, trauma, or major life challenges. My approach is warm, affirming, and a little playful—because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy. Using CBT, ACT, IFS, and more, I help clients reconnect with themselves in a safe, empowering way. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood or stuck in an old story, let’s rewrite it together.

My Approach to Helping

I like to think of therapy as a journey where we don’t just talk about the hard stuff, we also find joy and growth along the way. My approach is all about creating a safe, fun space where you can show up as your true self—no judgment, just plenty of understanding. Whether you’re navigating schizophrenia, trauma, or exploring your identity, I blend approaches like CBT, ACT, and IFS to match your unique needs. I’m especially passionate about supporting queer, trans, and neurodivergent folks, helping them build resilience, self-compassion, and reclaim their power. Healing doesn’t have to be a heavy, solemn process—it can be light, empowering, and even a bit playful! We’ll work together to rewrite old, tired narratives and create new ones, full of strength, clarity, and maybe even a little joy. So, if you’re looking for a therapist who’s real, warm, and ready to walk alongside you in your journey, I’d love to work with you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m deeply passionate about community, both in my personal life and in my work. I truly believe it’s a powerful, yet sometimes forgotten, resource for mental health and healing. In my own life, I find solace and connection through the outdoors, cooking, and simply being in nature—these moments help me stay grounded and clear. Growing up in Texas and later traveling the world has shaped my approach to life, expanding my understanding of different cultures and values. Through these experiences, I’ve come to understand just how important it is to support and uplift one another in meaningful ways.
