I work with couples, teens and adults who have issues ADHD, teen issues, suicidal ideation, addictions, Couples, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, PMDD, menopause
My Approach to Helping
I have extensive work with school age populations, SPMI, Dual dx, couples and addictions. I believe a holistic approach benefits both clients and clinicians. It does take time to get to know each other, then the work begins. I provide a safe space to be your authentic self.
