My Ideal Client

With 15 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals navigating the intense, beautiful, and often overwhelming journey into motherhood. Either you are pregnant, postpartum, or deep in the chaos of motherhood, or dealing with some trauma, I am here to help! As a Perinatal Mental Health Therapist, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported. You're not alone—and you don't have to do this alone.

What I Specialize In

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based mental health care to individuals and families. My clinical focus includes Perinatal Mental Health (Pregnancy and Postpartum), trauma therapy, and OCD. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and specialize in supporting clients through the emotional challenges associated with pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility issues, and early parenting. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just not like yourself, know that you’re not alone—and it doesn’t have to stay this way. Whether you're in the thick of postpartum, preparing for birth, coping with loss, or just trying to hold it all together, I’m here to help. Feel free to reach out!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Whether you realize it or not, there are unique aspects of who you are today that work in your favor: your life experience, your skills, your belief system, perhaps even your ethnicity or family history. We will identify these and use them as resources to help you heal. I also believe that therapy is a two-way-street. We will meet each other halfway, each of us actively participating in the process, to reach our shared goal of overcoming your challenges, whatever they may be. A cognitive behavioral approach is one that takes into account how your thoughts affect the way you feel about yourself, other and the world. And how these affect your behavior. Together, we will create a treatment plan that best fits your needs, goals and personal style.
