What I Specialize In

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 14 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy. I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health, including Pregnancy, Postpartum Depression, Perinatal Anxiety, Birth Trauma, and OCD. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and trained in EMDR, an effective approach for processing trauma and reducing distress. I work with clients navigating postpartum adjustment, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and early parenting stress. Many of the individuals I support feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of anxiety, or distressed by intrusive thoughts. Together, we’ll work to reduce symptoms, process difficult experiences, and help you feel more grounded, calm, and like yourself again. You don’t have to keep pushing through this alone—support is available, and healing is possible.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and effective. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your specific needs. We’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences are connected, and use proven tools to help you create meaningful change. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR to help you move through anxiety, trauma, and intrusive thoughts—not just manage them. I also focus on helping you identify your strengths and internal resources so you can feel more confident and resilient in your daily life. Whether you’re navigating postpartum challenges, anxiety, or a difficult transition into parenthood, we’ll create a treatment plan that feels aligned, manageable, and effective for you.
