I support new and expecting moms navigating birth trauma, postpartum depression, and the emotional challenges of early parenthood. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or impacted by difficult pregnancy or birth experiences. I also work with perfectionism in motherhood and the pressure to hold everything together while struggling internally.
Memories, nightmares, and stress may intrude into your daily life, making it hard to sleep, focus, or feel safe around certain people or situations. I provide trauma-informed therapy to adults who have experienced traumatic births, accidents, traumatic losses and childhood trauma.
