My Ideal Client

You may be feeling weighed down by life’s transitions, searching for a space to unpack your emotions and be truly seen. Perhaps stress, anxiety, depression, or self-esteem challenges are affecting you. Or maybe you feel disconnected from yourself and others. You could be questioning your worth, facing societal pressures around body image, career, or emotional expectations. What you truly seek is empowerment, connection, and self-acceptance.

My Approach to Helping

One of my favorite quotes is, “everything you want is on the other side of fear”. Fear is often a massive barrier for people to lead the life they truly desire. My goal as a therapist is to help you move though your fears so that you can be your best self. I use an eclectic approach, taking individual values and beliefs into consideration to help the therapeutic process be as approachable and relatable as possible. I mainly use techniques from solution-focused, mindfulness-based, and client-centered therapies. I aim to be an authentic participant in the healing process by walking clients through action plans in addition to emotional processing. If you are looking to make a change, improve relationships, or gain support in any area of your life, let's work together so you can live your best life and embrace what is important to you. You don't have to face change alone, reach out so we can schedule your first session.

Why I Became a Therapist

I have been a lifelong helper and problem-solver, so becoming a therapist felt like a natural step forward. I approach life with an open heart and mind which I believe holds a great deal of value in the therapeutic relationship. Emotional connection and safety is a human need that is easy to overlook for many of us, so I aim to provide that for others while continuing to appreciate the uniqueness of each person.
