Specialties
I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which focuses on improving communication, trust, and emotional connection. During my year-long internship in private practice, I worked with couples facing a wide range of challenges, including conflict resolution, intimacy issues, and life transitions. My experience has allowed me to help couples strengthen their relationships by fostering understanding, trust, and deeper emotional bonds.
During my internship at Collective Care Clinic in graduate school, I received specialized training in working with anxiety, depression, and OCD. I have experience helping clients manage various forms of anxiety, from generalized anxiety and social anxiety to panic disorders. My approach focuses on evidence-based techniques to reduce symptoms and build coping strategies, empowering clients to regain control and experience greater peace in their daily lives.
