Are you tired of struggling to thrive in relationships? Do you feel anxious and overwhelmed, shutdown, or frustrated in life? Interacting with others can be overwhelming when you have experienced trauma, grief, depression or anxiety. Folks who are seeking calm, mindful, creative, and intentional healing will find my approach helpful. I also collaborate with neurodivergent folks of all ages who want to feel accepted and understood for their unique way of solving problems and also improve.
Adjustment Disorder, Parenting, Personal Growth
Use art therapy healing techniques to process, contain, and release trauma safely and begin to parent mindfully. Art supplies will be provided, no art experience necessary. Expect a supportive, accepting, and wise environment. We will use the following art therapy interventions: *Watercolor Painting*Collage & found objects *Charcoal and oil pastels*Textiles & Sewing *Clay sculpture*Container and box building *Story telling and song*Doll making *Kinsugi (Gold in the cracks)
