My Ideal Client

My decision to pursue a career as a therapist was born from my own personal experience with therapy, which helped me overcome significant and sometimes paralyzing anxiety that was preventing me from living the life I desired. I am a strong advocate for eliminating the stigma that our society has placed, and continues to place, on mental health and I share my story with others in hopes of normalizing, validating and highlighting the benefits that therapy can add to each person’s life.

My Approach to Helping

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and collaborative, based on the fact that you are the expert of your own life, with your own unique lived experiences, relationships, strengths and needs. Because we are all unique, I tailor my approach to each individual client, utilizing evidence-based techniques and methodology.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Together, we will identify and celebrate the strengths, insights and tools that you already possess and determine how we can apply those to other areas of your life that may need some love and attention. I feel honored and privileged to have the opportunity to support you on your journey.
