Join other couples in group designed to help you enhance communication, trust, and understanding in your relationship! Most couples report that communication difficulties are the biggest source of stress in their relationship. Often, these communication breakdowns can be confusing and painful, and over time can lead to feeling alone and unheard. In this group, couples will not only learn about effective communication patterns, but will put these insights into practice in real-time.
