My Approach to Helping

I like to teach people all sorts of tips and tricks they can use in many life situations. We will explore what works for you (and what doesn't). I enjoy providing consistency, accountability, and encouragment. When someone learns the skills of noticing their own needs and responding in a mindful way, they become more confident and aware. Then life begins to expand and change. I am a total data and neuroscience lover, so you can be sure I will often share relevant information explaiming, "it's science," or "did you know [insert mental health fun fact that totaly explains your experience]." I prefer to work with clients using a hybrid virtual model and have found great success with this approach. I also have a love for community based care and an eclectic, holistic approach to healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person already has everything they need to succeed within them. Sometimes people need help navigating life, and that's okay. :) I love a good tangent. I am enamored by stars, mushrooms, moss, and other peaceful natural things.
