My Ideal Client

Are you feeling stuck or caught in a place you don’t want to be? You don’t have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you are a teenager, single adult, couple or family, my goal is to support you with gentleness and respect.

My Approach to Helping

Using a Narrative Therapy approach, I help clients explore the stories they tell about themselves, identify patterns that no longer serve them, and begin to shape new, empowering narratives.I also focus on the mind-body connection, recognizing how emotions are experienced physically and how stress, anxiety, and trauma can impact both body and mind. Together, we’ll work to understand these connections, develop emotional awareness, and integrate mindfulness and grounding techniques to foster healing and balance. Therapy can be a powerful space for gaining clarity, strengthening resilience, and moving forward with a deeper sense of purpose. Let’s work together to help you reconnect with your authentic self and create meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

“Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it.” Brene Brown
