My Ideal Client

You may feel constantly on edge, stuck in overthinking, or carrying a quiet sense of exhaustion from holding it all together. Maybe you're moving through a life transition, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or noticing that old ways of coping no longer work. You're thoughtful, self-aware, and ready for something to shift. You're ready to try something beyond just talking about it.

My Approach to Helping

Most of my clients come in feeling stuck. They understand why they feel the way they do, but nothing shifts. That's where body-based work comes in. Brainspotting and somatic therapy work below the thinking mind to help release what talk therapy can't always reach. From there, I draw on mindfulness, ACT, and nervous system regulation to help you build awareness, emotional resilience, and practical tools for daily life. With a background in yoga and breathwork, I bring a genuinely holistic perspective that honors both mind and body. I have experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress, with a particular interest in midlife clients. I especially work well with people who are curious about the mind-body connection and open to exploring beyond traditional talk therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins with feeling safe enough to slow down and listen inward. My work is grounded in presence, curiosity, and compassion, with deep respect for each person's lived experience. I see anxiety not as a problem to eliminate, but as a signal to understand with care. I aim to create a space that is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and attuned, where you can move at your own pace. I am committed to LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergence-affirming, and anti-racist care, and to ongoing learning that deepens my ability to support meaningful, sustainable change.
