My Ideal Client

Are you struggling with the impact of being neurodivergent and wanting support from someone who understands? Are you struggling with a sexual concern or sexual trauma & wanting to be able to feel more at ease with your sexuality? Are you and your partner struggling with communication & wanting your relationship to feel more connecting? I would love to support you! I focus on working with ADHD, Autistic folks, sexual concerns, ethical non-monogamy, and relationship issues.

My Approach to Helping

As a neurodivergent person, I love working with and supporting neurodivergent clients. I work from an affirming lens and help people navigate the challenges that come with living in a neurotypical world. Before starting my work as a sex therapist I worked with unhoused folks and survivors of domestic violence, which has made me passionate about supporting survivors of trauma, including sexual and relationship trauma. I enjoy working with people in different relationship structures and navigating ethical non-monogamy. I believe deeply attuned relationships are crucial. I work from a trauma-informed lens with a mix of humanistic, relational, and client centered therapy. I use pieces of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you process your experiences, polyvagal theory and mindfulness practices to ground you, and I work with you to discover healthy coping tools to boldly face the challenges in your life.

Why I Became a Therapist

Sometimes we need help diving into the complexities of being human. Being a partner in that dive, and getting to watch people grow stronger and more empowered, is one of the best parts of being a therapist. I want to help you find love and compassion for yourself, discover what gives you pleasure, and break through any shame and misconceptions surrounding sex. Sexuality can be a powerful form of self exploration and expression. When you tap into it you can feel empowered and connect deeply with yourself and others. In our work together I’ll create a space where you can fearlessly explore and be curious, easing you toward healing, connection, and growth. I completed my Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California, and I'm currently a clinical social work associate in Portland, OR.
