My Approach to Helping

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving parents, youth, and families in the Portland Metro area through my work in juvenile justice, education, and supporting survivors of domestic violence. My approach draws from a diverse set of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strength-based and trauma-informed practices, and culturally responsive frameworks. I believe in an integrative perspective, as no single theory can fully capture the vast complexity of human experience.
