    I am a Level 1 Certified Sensorimotor Therapist. This approach allows clients to contact and engage their body in the emotional healing from trauma.

    I have been trained in supporting clients with trauma using a somatic approach called Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. This approach works with both the mind and the body to address the lasting affects caused by traumatic experiences.
