I love working with folks navigating trauma/PTSD, ADHD, autism, anxiety, dissociation, OCD, PDA, and other neurodivergences. As someone who is neurodivergent, I understand both the challenges and the unique strengths that come with some of these lived experiences. This allows me to offer a safe, understanding, and validating space for individuals who may not feel fully seen or understood in traditional therapeutic settings.
Specialties
I’m currently completing my EMDR training, specializing in using this approach to help clients process trauma and distressing memories. EMDR helps rewire the brain’s response to traumatic experiences, promoting healing and emotional regulation. I incorporate it alongside somatic, creative, and mindfulness techniques to support clients in their journey toward relief and recovery, always tailoring the approach to individual needs.
I specialize in eclectic therapy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. By combining techniques like somatic therapy, mindfulness, and creative interventions, I tailor treatment to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My focus is on flexibility and adaptability, ensuring that the methods used are always the best fit for each individual’s healing journey.
I work from a humanistic approach, focusing on the whole person and their innate capacity for growth. I create a warm, empathetic space where clients feel heard and understood, helping them explore their emotions, relationships, and self-concept. By emphasizing authenticity, self-acceptance, and personal empowerment, I support clients in navigating life’s challenges and cultivating a deeper connection to their true selves.
I approach therapy holistically, considering the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I integrate somatic techniques, mindfulness, and creative interventions to support healing on all levels. By focusing on the whole person, I help clients address emotional, physical, and mental health challenges, fostering balance and well-being. My goal is to empower clients to connect deeply with themselves and navigate life’s challenges from a place of wholeness.
Specialties
I offer a warm, compassionate space for healing from PTSD. With a focus on EMDR, somatic techniques, creative interventions, and mindfulness/meditation, I help clients process and release trauma in a gentle, supportive way. Drawing on guidance from trauma-specialized mentors, I tailor each session to your unique needs, empowering you to regain balance, resilience, and peace. Together, we’ll work through your experiences at your pace, supporting your journey toward healing.
I work with clients to treat anxiety using practical, research-supported techniques to regulate the mind and body. Somatic interventions, such as body awareness and breathwork, tap into the body’s wisdom to release tension and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the stress response. Creative techniques engage the brain’s neuroplasticity, allowing new neural pathways for emotional processing. Mindfulness practices lower cortisol levels and improve emotional regulation.
I focus on creating a safe space for individuals with autism to express themselves authentically. Using creative techniques and somatic practices, I help clients manage overstimulation, navigate social challenges, and regulate their emotions. With over eight years of experience, I’m committed to understanding each person’s unique experience and offering support tailored to their needs, always honoring their individuality and fostering confidence.
I approach ADHD with a deep understanding that it’s not just about focus, but about navigating overwhelm. Using somatic techniques, mindfulness, and creative interventions, I help clients regulate their nervous system and find clarity. It’s about honoring how their minds work, offering strategies to manage distractions, and creating space for them to feel grounded and confident as they navigate the world.
Depression can feel isolating, but it’s not a personal failing. I use somatic techniques, mindfulness, and creative interventions to help clients reconnect with themselves and process deep emotions. By creating a safe space to express what’s difficult, I support clients in managing the weight of depression and empowering them to find light, even when it feels distant, helping them regain a sense of hope.
