My Approach to Helping

My clients typically describe me as approachable, compassionate, caring, intelligent and non-judgemental. I address immediate concerns but also tend to go deeper to address underlying thoughts, beliefs, structures and patterns that may be limiting and that prevent your true potential to come forth. I work with meditation, journaling, breath work, psychotropic medication, visualization, cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, and deep listening. I have many years of meditative experience and am interested in a deeper energetic approach to blocks or resistances that could be impeding the fulfillment of goals and dreams. Sometimes our bodies may need extra support with medication. I see medication as a tool, not as an end.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My space is open and welcome for all types of people. I especially enjoy helping to turn difficult circumstances, past or present, into opportunities for growth. Whether that means a history of low self-esteem, religious dogmatism, sexual or gender identity, I am there to help.
