It's really hard being a mom and I know you hold those tears just under the surface…. Let’s make some time in your day to get back to you. Let’s figure out what’s going on with those thoughts. Let’s chat about what it’s been like for you to be a mom.

My Approach to Helping

When we work together, we will meet virtually on a weekly or biweekly basis. We will talk, and I will observe, adding skills for you to grow from along the way. We might practice some grounding exercises in session or work on slowing down your breathing. I may ask that you get more sun or drink more water. They sound simple, but they are the vital foundation to your mental health and overall wellness. Building these foundations will open up the opportunity to dig deeper into the difficult thoughts or repetitive behaviors that you would like to change. You will learn to read your own cues and listen to what your needs are before taking an action. This will help you to look at the people around you and the world you live in from a new lens. You’ll be confident in your ability to grow and thrive in your environment.
