My Ideal Client

I believe that everyone has the capacity within themselves to find healing and to create a life worth living. I recognize that life is hard, and that stress is held in the body in numerous ways, which can lead to adaptive behaviors that may no longer be effective and/or are harmful to ourselves or others.

My Approach to Helping

My aim in therapy is to increase my client's toolbox for coping strategies, while also providing a corrective relational experience to address attachment wounds and trauma. I know that reaching out for help can feel scary and overwhelming. Know that when you contact me, I will be respectful, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. I am currently a Graduate Student Intern, enrolled in the Masters of Arts in Counseling Program at the Multnomah Campus of William Jessup University. My coursework includes a trauma focus.
