My Ideal Client
Whether you are struggling with your life partner, have wounds from your family of origin, or you are trying to find a new sense of who you are, I believe that therapy creates an opportunity for healing in the areas where we need to be seen the most.
My Approach to Helping
I focus on contextual and intergenerational factors that have shaped your relationship with yourself and others. This includes uncovering attachment injuries that may have occurred both in your history and in current relationships. These events from our past often cause us to reenact unhealthy scenarios, in hopes of a different outcome. Using a variety of techniques, including Narrative, Solution- Focused and EMDR, I will help you reframe your story, allowing you to make choices that better serve you.
I believe you are asking me to take you somewhere you haven’t yet been. As your guide and companion, we will walk this journey together, but you will get there by your own resiliency and courage.
