I’m experienced working with clients who are queer, gender expansive, kinky, non-monogamous, fat/bigger bodied, and BIPOC. I tend to support those who want to address sexual concerns, improve their relationship(s), explore non-monogamy, process racial trauma & racial identity, and/or work through relational trauma. I want to support you in having space to feel the hard emotions, better understand your needs, and build supportive relationships.
Specialties
I love working with couples & partnerships! Relationships are such a central part of our lives as humans. When we're experiencing relationship challenges, it can cause so much distress. My hope is to help you & your partner(s) have a more fulfilling & authentic relationship. Whether you want to explore communication challenges, opening up a relationship or navigating non-monogamy, sexual concerns in your relationship, the impacts of trauma, or mixed race relationship dynamics, I'm here for you!
Many people struggle with something related to sexuality, but don't have anywhere to get support around these concerns. You deserve a space where talking about your sexuality and sexual concerns is welcome! I'm here to help you with sexual concerns like mismatched desire in your relationship, sexual trauma, low sexual desire, sexual identity exploration, kink exploration, or sexual anxiety. I bring a warm, informed, and sex positive presence to these conversations.
As a bi-racial (Mexican American), second generation, & Latinx person, I understand how complex & nuanced racial identity can be. I'd love to support you in exploring your racial identity, processing the impacts of systemic racial oppression, working through inter-generational trauma, or mixed race relationship dynamics.
