My Approach to Helping

Jingyi is getting certified to become a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician who also works with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, intergenerational trauma, immigrant issues, academic stress, and relationship issues. She provides culturally trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal tailored to each client’s needs. Jingyi believes a good therapeutic relationship will enhance the effectiveness of the treatment modalities, so she focuses on relationship-building and supports each client with their self-discovery.
