My Approach to Helping

Our mental health and wellness lays the foundation for our ability to reach our full potential in relationships, careers and lives as a whole. My passion is collaborating with clients to identify and address anxiety, depression and relational issues impacting your wellness. I provide therapy for individuals, couples and families using a holistic and trauma-informed approach. I provide the tools and resources for believing in yourself, and empowering you with the skills you need for connection and growth in order to reach your full potential. I have more than twenty years of experience guiding clients towards a path of success and healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I became a therapist because I care deeply about others and their quality of relationships. I have more than two decades of experience as a therapist and I am trained in Trauma Informed Care, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and Emotionally Focused Therapy along with a variety of other approaches. When I am not seeing clients I enjoy hiking, practicing yoga and teaching courses in a graduate school of social work to share my expertise and passion for this profession.
