My Approach to Helping

During my clinical experience, I have encountered working with issues around anxiety, depression, trauma, men’s issues, and social anxiety. I emphasize the importance of rapport and trust building, and believe that counseling can be effective and beneficial if a strong therapeutic relationship is formed.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Life can be full of stress, grief, and suffering, and as human beings, it can be challenging for us to navigate through all of the negative thoughts, emotions, and experiences that we encounter. Coming from a Humanistic and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy background, my approach to psychotherapy focuses on getting to know you and your unique experience so that we as a team can find better ways for you to live the life that you want to live. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience and I hope to create a space where you can authentically express yourself in a safe environment that is free of judgment.
