What I Specialize In

I have 5 years of experience in trauma-informed care. I have specialized training in treating religious trauma and in Technology/Internet addiction. I have worked with many clients who struggle with trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. If you feel lost, paralyzed, or overwhelmed with where you are, I may be the right fit to help you move toward your new life. Why I am a Good Fit for You

I have lived through the exact struggles I help others with. I grew up in the Mormon religion and I know how massively that can impact your mental health. I know how trauma can impact your entire identify, your nervous system, and your beliefs about others, yourself, and the world. I know how hard it is to be neurodivergent in this neurtypical world. I know what it is like to loose control of your relationship with technology and suffer big consequences. I know what it feels like to be lost, overwhelmed, torn apart, insecure, and afraid.
