My Ideal Client

I have worked with a wide range of issues, and a wide range of folks. This space is safe, and this space is for everyone. I believe we are the cartographers of our own internal world, and my role is to guide you in this process of self-discovery.

My Background and Approach

Using a range of adaptive therapeutic modalities, I offer a collaborative and safe space where all aspects of your experience—whether spontaneous, curious, brave, or vulnerable—are welcome. With gentle challenging, perspective shifting, humor, kindness, and deep respect, I support you in exploring, understanding, and integrating all parts of yourself, helping you feel seen, held, and empowered.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My therapy-style is rooted in the belief that individuals shouldn't bear the sole responsibility for creating a quality of life without the support of reciprocal communal care, advocacy, ad accountability. As your therapist, I play an active, and involved part of your larger circle of care. I work closely with multiple supervisors, and clinical consultation groups, so that my practice maintains the ethical and updated standards of our field.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Somatic Therapy (Body Centered) External link

With over ten years of somatic therapy experience, the integration of the body, and nervous system is a supportive way to integrate sustainable mental health care, and accelerate any goals a client has in therapy.

  • EcoTherapy External link

With a certification in nature-based therapy, I utilize these evidence based interventions in sessions if a client is interested in them.

  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy External link

If you are interested in brief therapy, powerful work can be done in just a few short sessions, setting you up for long term success.

  • Career Counseling External link

Figuring out the next steps of your career impacts so many other areas of your life.

  • Narrative  External link

The stories we tell, the language we weave, shapes the reality in which we interact with, and exist in.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Adjustment Disorder External link

Transitions in life are where we need some of the most consistent support. Adjusting to change is what makes us human.

  • Personal Growth External link

Exploring our concept of self, our sense of identity, our purpose, our goals, are all things that can feel expansive, and exciting, if we are supported through this process.

  • Anxiety External link

Anxiety manifests itself in a diverse range of ways. Getting to know the way your anxiety expresses itself, and learning how to support this expression, is something I have years of experience working with as a therapist.

  • Depression External link

Your therapist can help you lighten the load that is depression.
