My Approach to Helping

The relationship we build as teammates through the process of therapy can establish trust and understanding that translates towards positive outcomes in your lived experience. I work to enhance that relationship through compassionate listening, validation, and encouragement through exploring the person within. As your therapist, I will create a space that feels safe, which will allow the journey of understanding your relationships and sexuality to feel protected. Our work together will allow you to be confronted with the difficult questions and experiences life has presented while navigating these with a therapist who looks to create wholeness with their client. Throughout our time together, you will feel accepted, appreciated, challenged, and validated. This journey will enhance your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the intersectionality of who you are. I look forward to working with you.
