My Ideal Client

In 2021, we continue to strive to help children, teens, and parents so they can cope, grow, and enhance their lives and well-being. We specialize in child and adolescent therapy, family therapy, and parenting support and skills training sessions by assisting parents one-on-one so they can better help foster their son or daughter’s positive youth development. Most importantly, we lend an open ear with a caring "we are in this together" approach our therapeutic care and guidance.

My Approach to Helping

We emphasize how to relate to distressing thoughts and feelings, and how to improve emotional coping, communication, and relationship skills. We stress how strengths can activate processes of acceptance and commitment to one's personal values and how to mindfully tap into internal and external resources to build a positive identity and resiliency skills.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Mood and behavioral problems faced alone are daunting. By starting here, you are already on your way to a better life. We don't just want kids, teens, parents, and families to be "fine" or okay, we aim to help them be well, do well, and thrive. I have extensive training and experience in integrated behavioral health within pediatric primary care-, school-, outpatient-, and inpatient settings.
