My Ideal Client

You find yourself numb, feeling as though life is passing you by and you're just going through the motions. You have this idea of how your life is supposed to be, but you feel stuck and not in control over your free will. You may feel shame, guilt, heaviness, and overwhelm. I hope to create a safe space for you to explore those hardwired thoughts and beliefs. You deserve to experience life in a new light, to reduce suffering, and freedom to find peace in your well-being.

I take a collaborative approach towards counseling, blending techniques to best serve each person and welcoming feedback to increase trust and collaboration. I integrate several orientations to achieve a well-rounded perspective to address and explore the stressors that life has brought onto you.
