My Ideal Client

Our team specializes in treating depression, anxiety, relationship problems, low self esteem, body image issues, addiction, identity issues, trauma, grief, fear, abuse and more. As experts in couples therapy, we help couples communicate better, heal from conflict, work through betrayal and affairs, navigate hardships, and create more intimacy, greater love and health in their relationships.

My Approach to Helping

Each of us has experienced trials and tribulations in our lives, and we know how restorative and empowering good counseling can be. We are here to collaboratively help you work through whatever you are struggling with and help you find your true, empowered self. Our therapists are trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
