My Ideal Client

I specialize in working with folks to heal the short and long term impacts of trauma of any kind. I center my approach around a culturally and identity-affirming lens, always in effort to consider how systems of oppression and harmful societal scripts could be impacting day-to-day lives and in turn, a person’s mental health. I enjoy working with adults, people navigating the systems and institutions that we live within, LGBTQIA+ folks, and those navigating difficult transitions in life.

How I Can Help You

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have a Masters in Social Work, as well as a bachelors in both psychology and sociology. Since starting as a therapist, I have continued my learning and was trained in EDMR in 2023. I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally-affirming lens to consider how the systems clients live within affect how they interact with the world. I am passionate about working with folks living with the long and short term affects of complex trauma, LGBTQIA+ population, and young adults navigating difficult life transitions.

No matter where you are in your healing journey, finding a new therapist can be overwhelming, so my goal is help cultivate a safe environment to best meet your goals and needs. I like to show up in the therapy space with warmth, humor when appropriate, transparency, and authenticity in effort to create a genuine and safe therapeutic relationship.
