My Ideal Client

Working with clients to find grounding and direction as they adjust to transitions, heal trauma, form a healthy personal identity, and overcome shame so that they can step into life with genuine presence is one of my greatest joys.

My Approach to Helping

My approach towards therapy is relational and trauma-informed. Often, I find that people are aware of the hurdles keeping them from living life to the fullest, but can benefit from professional support in actively working through them instead of staying stuck in a cycle. I view counseling as a collaborative effort and help my clients to recognize their strengths, identify needs, understand conflicts, discover new options, and make informed choices in a warm and non-judgmental counseling space through empathy and curiosity.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

We create habits and patterns of how we exist in the world, sometimes without our consent. I believe you can create a new way of moving through life, and being in the world. I hope to empower you to ditch what isn't serving you any longer, and to make decisions and habits based out of your true values and needs.
