My Ideal Client

Anxiety, grief, depression and an over all sense of being stuck are all common themes that everyone experiences once in their life. All of which are manageable given the right support, which I feel like I can provide. I generally work with individuals, relationships, and families. Also, as a gay man I feel drawn to support members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My Approach to Helping

I approach counseling from an Existential-Humanistic approach, which allows you to discover new aspects of your life, and how to live a more intentionally fulfilling life. You will be met with empathy, and the understanding that your lived experience is more important than any preconceived notion as to how someone should be living their life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that when people are given support, validation, and empathy everyone has the capacity and potential to live a fulfilling life. Grief, anxiety, depression, and personal growth are all manageable with the right support. As a counselor, part of my job is to provide that support you may have not gotten before. Through exploration of different life themes, we will work together to create the life that you have always envisioned.
