My Ideal Client

Does anxiety show up at the worst time? Feeling stuck in your negative relationship or communication cycles? I want to help you explore anxious thoughts that get in your way of the things you want and help you get your needs met. I offer a nonjudgmental, relaxed environment where you can discover and make connections between patterns of behavior and anxiety. Together we will get to know how "parts" of you show up and work towards empowering the Wise Adult in you to have a balanced life.

Finding time to process your feelings and repairing ruptures in your life and relationships may feel more stressful now. I want to help. I am curious about your world, how you experience it, how you are connected to it, and your desire to make positive change. We will work together to develop and refine goals that meet your needs and values. We will collaborate to identify and connect to your strengths and support systems, and give you tools to cope and change barriers in achieving peace of mind. My experience includes working with adults struggling with anxiety, negative communication patterns, relational and intimacy issues, domestic violence, divorce and parenting issues. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models. My desire is to help you process the anxiety and depression that accompanies feeling stuck and
