My Ideal Client

Kudzai has worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, family concerns, trauma, and various life stressors. Whether you're seeking support in managing stress, navigating life transitions, or addressing deeper emotional wounds, Kudzai strives to help you identify the root of your suffering and find ways to support your healing.

My Approach to Helping

She uses CBT to explore the beliefs and thought patterns that may contribute to harmful or unhelpful emotions, behaviors, and symptoms. Kudzai uses person-centered and solution-focused approaches to work collaboratively with clients, helping them uncover their needs and find the best ways to address their concerns so they can live as their most authentic selves. She recognizes that mental health impacts every aspect of a person’s life and works with clients to improve their wellness across different domains so they can feel their best.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because of my own struggles with anxiety and trauma. Through therapy, I was able to identify the source of my suffering and begin my healing journey. I hope to do the same for others. I view it as a privilege to be able to work with you in uncovering the root of your own suffering and work together to find a path towards healing. I also came into this field in hopes of providing a safe space for BIPOC folks and people from communities that are often overlooked and/or underserved.
