I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, men's issues and faith. I work with those who may feel overwhelmed by the pressures of daily life, struggling with self-worth, or seeking to reconcile their spiritual beliefs with their personal experiences and the unique challenges men face today. I serve individuals who are dealing with anxiety and looking for strategies to manage their stress and fears effectively, experience low self-esteem and are eager to build confidence and a positive self-image
Specialties
I've used Acceptance and Commitment Therapy since I started practicing and have studied it for years. I love its therapeutic approach that helps individuals embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or feeling overwhelmed by them.
I've used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy since I started practicing and have studied it for a decade. I use it because it is an evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors to foster positive change.
Specialties
I employ evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which has been proven highly effective in treating anxiety. CBT helps clients identify and challenge irrational fears and thought patterns, replacing them with healthier and more balanced perspectives. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help clients develop coping strategies for managing anxiety symptoms in their daily lives.
As a father, husband, brother, and son I know there are many expectations life can throw at you and see the pressure that can create.
I have successfully helped many clients identify and challenge negative self-beliefs, develop healthier self-perceptions, and build confidence. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and alter unhelpful thinking patterns.
My expertise in spirituality is rooted in both personal experience and professional training, allowing me to guide clients in integrating their spiritual beliefs into their healing journey. My schooling was at a Christian university and allowed me to study more deeply the literature on spirituality's impact on our lives.
