Welcome! As an LPC and Registered Horticultural Therapist (HTR), I support children and adults (ages 8+) in navigating a range of challenges, including struggles with focus and overwhelm, self-worth and identity development, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Drawing on specialized training in DBT and Ecotherapy, I take a collaborative and experiential approach, helping clients to identify and shift unwanted patterns in emotions, relationships, and behaviors.
Specialties
As a certified Ecotherapist and AHTA-accredited Horticultural Therapist (HTR), nature is my co-facilitator in the therapeutic process. Whether we're taking a walk, getting our hands in the soil and tending to plants, or drawing on nature’s lessons in conversation and mindfulness, building our relationship to the natural world can help us feel grounded within a broader ecosystem, thus fostering a deeper sense of connection, meaning, and acceptance in the context of life's natural rhythms.
