My Approach to Helping
I work from a Humanistic background and incorporate Attachment, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Family Systems as well as other modalities including mindfulness as needed, individualized by client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a specialty in substance abuse and am a CADCI. I have also worked extensively with couples and use the Gottman Method. With children I have experience with play therapy and sand tray. Brainspotting is a more recent addition to the modalities which I feel comfortable using.
