My Approach to Helping

I am a bilingual therapist offering therapy in English and Spanish (and Spanglish works too!). As a Latina woman, I have a deep connection to and understanding of the Latino/x/e community. I am passionate about providing culturally specific care that honors and integrates each client's unique background and experiences into our therapeutic work.

My Values as a Therapist

I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to prioritize your mental health, whether you are continuing your healing journey or starting therapy for the first time. I understand that seeking support can be challenging and requires a lot of strength, so I am glad you’re here! I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership where we work together to support your growth and healing. In that I also honor that we are all the experts in our own life and that my role as a therapist is simply to walk alongside you and create a safe and supportive space that can help you meet your goals and needs.
