My Ideal Client

I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in cycles that no longer align with their true selves. Many of my clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, or self-worth struggles. I work well with highly sensitive people and those seeking deeper self-awareness. With deep presence and compassion, I hold space for healing, emotional regulation, and self-acceptance, helping you cultivate greater harmony and authenticity in your life.

My Approach to Helping

I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from psychodynamic, somatic, and relational-cultural perspectives. We explore not just your current struggles but also the deeper patterns and life experiences that have shaped you. My work is rooted in presence, compassion, and honoring your innate wisdom—believing healing comes from reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been disowned or unacknowledged. In sessions, we focus on shifting distressing patterns, processing emotions, cultivating self-compassion, and engaging in grounding or movement-based practices to regulate your nervous system. I integrate neuroscience and somatic awareness to deepen your mind-body connection, build emotional resilience, and create lasting change. The therapeutic relationship is a powerful container for healing. Through warmth and collaboration, I support you in reconnecting with your intuition, empowering you to live authentically and create greater harmony in your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Union College. My studies included interpersonal neurobiology and Polyvagal Theory, which inform my work with the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting through the Pacific Trauma Institute, which allows me to support clients in processing trauma. Additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga for Trauma further enrich my holistic approach to healing.
