My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Born and raised in Portland, after a decade spent on my own little adventure in Colorado and some international travel, it makes my heart sing to be back again amongst the trees, close to the ocean, and able to appreciate the great food we have to offer. As a person with my own death losses and chronic illness in my life, I draw from both my professional and personal experiences to inform my empathy with my clients. That being said, I know that each experience and each individual person is different and I have done my work so I know how to hold safe boundaries between our experiences. I live my life with care and intention so I can bring integrity, stability, and compassion to our work together.
