My Approach to Helping

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered principles. I focus on helping clients recognize and reshape emotional patterns, strengthening their connection to themselves and others. By fostering self-compassion and understanding, I support clients in creating more secure, fulfilling relationships—both internally and externally. I'm passionate about supporting individuals through identity shifts, struggles in their relationships, intimacy issues, depression, anxiety, and internalized shame.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every part of us is shaped by the need for connection and protection. When we learn to approach our emotions with curiosity rather than judgment, we create space for healing and growth. My role is to guide you in deepening your relationship with yourself, helping you move from disconnection to a place of emotional security and wholeness. I use she/her pronouns. Outside of work, I enjoy any type of craft, photography, and spending time outdoors with my dog.
