My Approach to Helping

All parts of you are welcome- even the messy ones. Therapy with me is an opportunity to get curious about yourself, reflect on relationships, be tender with traumas, and learn to feel and heal through the depths and lightness of life. I work through a trauma-informed lens and craft each session alongside you, being present with your unique wants and needs as we go. We will explore your emotions, patterns, family history, societal impact, inner narrative, and cultural values. We will practice sitting with feelings, learn concrete tools, and use our safe relationship as a home base. I believe that each of us has the innate ability to heal when we have the right support.
